Leading engineering firm wows visitors with five groundbreaking new technology launches at MACH 2024

A leading UK supplier of the world's most advanced manufacturing technologies wowed visitors at MACH 2024, showcasing five brand - news howstopping technologies.


The Carfulan Group's stand at the UK's leading manufacturing exhibition attracted thousands of visitors, resulting in the highest footfall and best quality leads the group has seen in over 10 years of exhibiting at the show.


The group's stand featured a range of its advanced manufacturing solutions, including five never-before-seen technologies in the UK. These included the powerShrink, an advanced level heat shrink tooling solution from ZOLLER UK, three new high-performance multi-sensor measurement systems from OGP UK, as well as the launch of Prolink UK, the Carfulan Group's brand-new software division.


"It was another incredibly exciting year for us at MACH,"

"We were able to demonstrate why we continue to be an industry leader, highlighting a range of our advanced manufacturing technologies and showcasing some groundbreaking new solutions for the first time here in the UK.

"We are excited to now continue building on the success of this year's MACH exhibition, helping manufacturers across a range of industries to elevate every step of their manufacturing processes."


The five-day event at the NEC in Birmingham showcased more innovative technologies under one roof than ever before, with over 600 exhibitors and 26,000 attendees, allowing the Carfulan Group to build on its previous record-breaking performance in 2022.


The Carfulan Group is a collection of companies that offer a comprehensive solution for every stage of the manufacturing process, including: multi sensor measurement from OGP UK, 3D printing from SYS Systems, tool presetting, inspection, storage and management from ZOLLER UK, as well as VICIVISION UK's non-contact measurement and Prolink UK's statistical process control software.


Alongside the launch of new technologies, the group showcased a range of established world-leading technologies from across its various divisions.


SYS Systems showcased world-leading Stratasys 3D printing technologies, including the F900, a large format industrial FDM system and the J35 pro, a high precision desktop PolyJet 3D printer.


Whilst VICIVISION UK put visitors' measurement skills to the test on the Metrios Cross to see how quickly they could measure a component in the much-anticipated Metrios Challenge.
